Century Pears are small to medium in size, they are usually round and uniformed in size. The skin is pale yellow-green and has spots scattered on the surface. The flesh is white to cream coloured and it has a crisp, firm texture. Often chosen because it’s fragrant, crunchy, and has a mild sweet flavour followed by a tart aftertaste.
